Delivery/Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping within the continental US on orders over $75 before tax and shipping charges. For orders below $75, a flat rate of $5.95 (unless otherwise specified) will be applied for standard ground shipping and handling.

Our business hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 11am-6pm Central Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed outside these hours, including on weekends, will be processed starting the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, followed by 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that your satisfaction is essential. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
