At Mix Cosmetiques, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, as we cannot resell or reuse items once they have left our facility.
Refunds & Replacements
While we do not require you to return the product, if something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and work with you to either fix the product, replace the product or offer store credit. Our goal is to make things right, ensuring you are fully satisfied with your experience.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
